Prime Minister Prioritizes Development in Balochistan

QUETTA: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid a visit to Balochistan and prioritized the development of the province.

During a meeting at the Civil Secretariat, Balochistan Chief Secretary Abdul Aziz Aqili stated that the federal government was actively working to implement development projects in the province, as instructed by the Prime Minister.

The Chief Secretary also mentioned that the Prime Minister promised prosperity to backward areas of Balochistan, and practical measures were being taken to achieve this goal.

In addition, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Abdul Qudus Bizenjo, is closely monitoring the rehabilitation efforts in the region.

The Chief Secretary mentioned that during a recent visit to the flood-affected Sohabpur district, the Prime Minister praised the provincial government’s efforts and instructed that a hostel, ground, and mess be built for students on a priority basis at the Kili Jaya Khan Model School.

Furthermore, he emphasized that constant work was needed to complete the development projects.
