LAHORE: The Provincial Government has directed the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority to start construction work on a high-rise building.
The 70+ storey building will have residential units, a medical facility, and a commercial area.
It is important to mention that the authority has received 295 acres of land for this project.
As per the details, almost Rs 56 billion has been invested in the project that was raised through auctioning the commercial buildings and it is expected that the figure will raise to about PKR 2 trillion until completion.
Initially, an eight-story plaza is being constructed that will have a parking space for around 25 thousand vehicles.
Furthermore, the authority has instructed the National Logistics Cell to complete the project in the next six months.
