SHEIKHUPURA: Shahzad Azam Khan, a board member of Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, and Muhammad Anees Khwaja, Chairman of Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company, paid a visit to assess the project progress.
CEO Ali Muazzam briefed the members about the development status along with information on the sale of plots in Quaid-e-Azam Business Park and about the amenities offered.
The CEO also revealed that the grid station would be finished by the end of this year while the development projects shall be finished by June 2023.
PIEDMC Chairman Muhammad Anees also instructed to develop a solar park on 100 acres in the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park and to build water treatment.
He also asked to invest in recycling facilities and maintain greenery along with highways in all the industrial zones.
It is important to note that due to the infrastructure and facilities in these zones, many industrialists have their faith in PIEDMC and this is the reason that 30 percent of the plots have already been sold in the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park.
