Rawalpindi’s Stalled Projects Set to Begin Soon

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha announced on Sunday that all stalled projects in the district will soon begin work, creating employment opportunities.

Concrete steps have been taken to speed up business activities, and “No objection certificates will be issued in two weeks to stalled projects of petrol pumps, plazas, housing societies,” he said.

Besides, special desks will be established in the Deputy Commissioner, Metropolitan, and Municipal Corporation offices for the issuance of NOCs.

Furthermore, a control room has been set up in the Commissioner’s office to accelerate the process of issuance of NOCs, he added. The move aims to create maximum employment opportunities.

Please do something otherwise situation will go to civil disobedience soon there are only two sectors was working in Pakistan properly real estate and construction because Pakistani environment have not been ever suitable for industry now today these sectors collapse badly after PDM govt due to which business activities have been destroyed badly please do something to minimise the taxes on business and crash the institutional barriers which are creating hurdles against business activities.

  4. I request the Government to start work for an underpasses at Kacherry Chowk Rawalpindi and a flyover at Fauji Foundation hospital. These places have made huge traffic problems and cause massive traffic jam.

  6. Who will rescue footpaths and roads from mafia. Is there any administration in Rawalpindi ? Specially birds market Alam Khan road Rawalpindi.

  7. If there any authorised staff to remove encroachment on the road kalma chowk to chungi no 22 especially near Baba gora qabristan, where mafia has encroached even foot path.

  8. Appreciated… kindly approve LOP of Capital Valley housing in Rawalpindi ….. the project is small and its land couldn’t b used for agri or any other sector, hence, best for developing a society…..
