RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha announced on Sunday that all stalled projects in the district will soon begin work, creating employment opportunities.
Concrete steps have been taken to speed up business activities, and “No objection certificates will be issued in two weeks to stalled projects of petrol pumps, plazas, housing societies,” he said.
Besides, special desks will be established in the Deputy Commissioner, Metropolitan, and Municipal Corporation offices for the issuance of NOCs.
Furthermore, a control room has been set up in the Commissioner’s office to accelerate the process of issuance of NOCs, he added. The move aims to create maximum employment opportunities.

I request the Government to start work for an underpasses at Kacherry Chowk Rawalpindi and a flyover at Fauji Foundation hospital. These places have made huge traffic problems and cause massive traffic jam.
Yes near High court towards GT road there is a dire need of flyover but katchery chiwk is well handled by military police .

Please do not give NOCs to Plazas, offices, Hotels, Hospitals n Schools if they do not make ample Parking areas

If there any authorised staff to remove encroachment on the road kalma chowk to chungi no 22 especially near Baba gora qabristan, where mafia has encroached even foot path.
