The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has granted New Metro City Gujar Khan the No Objection Certificate (NOC). The housing project is now entirely legal and secure.

The Rawalpindi Development Authority had previously accused New Metro City Gujar Khan of being an illegal housing society.
However, the management moved quickly, finished the necessary paperwork in a matter of days, and then submitted the NOC and application for preliminary planning permission to the authority.
BSM Developers submitted the application on June 14, 2022, and as of today, RDA has formally approved the New Metro City Gujar Khan/Rawalpindi NOC.
The society has officially started development work in Sector 1 with the approval of Preliminary Planning Permission PP-1 and NOC from RDA. After the Early Bird Balloting, the management of New Metro City has promised to deliver possession of Block A in a period of 5 to 6 months.
Furthermore, the New Metro City Islamabad/Rawalpindi office is open for business and can be found in Sector A of DHA Phase 2 Islamabad’s Commercial Al-Nahyan Street.
