The additional deputy commissioner (revenue) of Rawalpindi received a report from the assistant commissioner of Gujar Khan stating that BSM owned 613 kanals and 11 marlas of land in Mauza Bhai Khan, of which 307 kanals and 16 marlas were used for agriculture.

Mauza Matial’s total land holdings are 708 kanals, of which 226 kanals and 14 marlas are used for agriculture, whereas Pindora’s total land holdings are 877 kanals, of which 471 kanals and 10 marlas are used for agriculture.

In addition, the report showed that rain nullahs (which could be seen on the satellite map) had been recorded in each of the three revenue estates, and a railroad track also crossed the location of the planned project.

The study further said that Khewat No. 15 of Mauza Matial and Khewat No. 309 of Mauza Bhai Khan were confirmed to be the owners of the provincial government.

Earlier, after the RDA deemed the society to be unlawful, Assistant Commissioner Gujar Khan Ghulam Abbas Haral removed the housing society’s panaflex promotional banners.
