RDA Serves Notice to Illegal Housing Scheme ‘Rose Valley’

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has taken action against an illegal housing scheme named “Rose Valley” in Mouza Adiala on Adiala Road.

On the directives of Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the RDA issued a notice to the owners of the unauthorized scheme, namely Zafar Mushtaq, Sharjil Ahmad, and Haris Iftikhar, for allegedly deceiving and misleading citizens.

The Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate of RDA has also issued a demolition order against the housing scheme.

Furthermore, a First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against the owners, and they have been warned to immediately halt the marketing of this unapproved and illegal housing scheme.

Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa has emphasized strict action against illegal advertisements and marketing of unauthorized housing schemes.

He has also directed concerned authorities to lodge FIRs against those violating the rules and regulations governing housing developments.

As per the officials of the civic body, the authority remains committed to ensuring that all housing projects adhere to the necessary regulations and approvals.
