KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered the demolition of a 7-story illegal construction in the Liaquatabad neighborhood.
The SHC has questioned the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) on the construction of the said building which, according to details, was constructed without any official and approved map.
The Supreme Court has also ordered the demolition of all illegal constructions in the North Nazimabad L Block.
The SHC has instructed the DG SBCA to take strict action against the builder in relation to the illegal structure in the L Block.
