Shoaib Akhter Partners with Unapproved Blue Word City to Launch a New Enclave by His Name

RAWALPINDI: Former Pakistani cricket star Shoaib Akhtar has partnered with Blue World City to launch Sports Valley – Shoaib Akhtar Enclave, which is currently under development.

It’s important to note that Blue World City has been in negative press for a long time, and its approval status is still unapproved on the RDA website.

The announcement was made at a ceremony in Doha, Qatar, attended by several international cricket legends, including Shahid Khan Afridi, Misbah-ul-Haq, and Muhammad Hafeez from Pakistan, Brett Lee and Shane Watson from Australia, and Jacques Kallis from South Africa.

At the event, Akhtar expressed his gratitude to the cricketers for attending and announced that he and Blue World City would gift one villa in the enclave to each legendary player present.

He also highlighted the project’s impact on Pakistan’s tourism industry and expressed his excitement about participating.

Chairman of Blue World City, Saad Nazir, stated that the project aimed to put Pakistan on the economic development map and make it a top tourist destination globally.

CEO Ch. Nadeem Ijaz announced plans to build Qatar’s Torch Hotel and Villaggio Mall in Blue World City, along with Pakistan’s largest cricket stadium that can hold over 55,000 spectators.

The Sports Valley – Shoaib Akhtar Enclave will feature state-of-the-art facilities for sports like football, hockey, and tennis, as well as a cycling track, hiking trail, and world-class tourist attractions like a replica of the Blue Mosque Istanbul and Signature Villas.
