LAHORE: Lahore is set to be home to the tallest building in Punjab, the Sirius Tower, which is expected to help attract both domestic and foreign investment.
According to the sources, the skyscraper will be 750 feet (228.6 meters) high, and the development will be carried out in three phases: the Business District, Digital Valley, and Commercial & Residential District.
The project is expected to attract foreign and domestic investment, create job opportunities, and promote sustainable growth through the Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) or PPP model.
The sources added that the development will take 5 years to complete and may be ready by 2028.
Furthermore, it will cater to mixed-use commercial buildings that will feature space for residential, commercial, and recreational purposes.
