KARACHI: Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that sustainable engineering plays an important role in the construction sector.
While attending the two-day International Conference at the NED University, Karachi, he said that such events aided in understanding the problems.
On climate change, he said that Pakistan had also faced the worst effects of climate change as other countries did.
BWahab also added that the problems caused by climate change needed to be solved through sustainable engineering, and this could be witnessed in several developed countries.
He also said that more conferences and seminars on climate change should be organized to help future generations be aware of environmental changes.
