The New Peshawar Valley Project Officially Begins Development Work

PESHAWAR: Local Government Minister Faisal Amin Gandapur inaugurated the New Peshawar Valley project, claiming that it will transform the city into a model.

During the New Peshawar Valley Project’s inauguration ceremony, the minister revealed that letters of notification were distributed to those whose land had been acquired.

He went on to say that the project would result in a beautiful eco-friendly city.

Furthermore, heĀ stated that the project will be an “architectural masterpiece,” with an artificial lake, playgrounds, sports, and health facilities, as well as spacious parks.

According to the project manager, the New Peshawar Valley project is five times larger than Hayatabad. It will be built in six major mawaziats in the districts of Nowshera and Peshawar.

He further shared details about the project, stating that it would span 101,000 acres of land and serve 800,000 people.

Moreover, the New Peshawar Valley City will include 80,000 residential units spread across 3-marlas to 4-kanals of land. An additional 4,000 kanals were revealed to be acquired for wide highways.
