SWABI: A property dispute led to a deadly altercation resulting in two deaths and one injury in Sheikh Jana village of Razaar tehsil on Wednesday.
Abdul Manan and Nauman Khan groups were involved in the dispute, which escalated when Abdul Manan’s group attacked Nauman Khan’s group at the latter’s hujra.
This resulted in a fierce exchange of gunfire leaving Abdul Manan, Nauman Khan dead and Hazrat Ali severely injured.
Both groups have filed cross FIRs. Another person, Mohammad Ayub, was critically injured in Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate after a verbal argument over a trivial issue led to Danish Khan shooting him.
Ayub passed away from his injuries at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital. Additionally, two people were seriously injured in a shooting at the Swabi Interchange on the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway.
