KARACHI: The real estate firm Zameen.com has launched a new residential project called ‘Roomi Icon’ on Karachi’s Jinnah Avenue.
According to the details, Taha Mehmood, Senior Director of sales at Zameen.com, Shoaib Anees, Director of sales, Director Farhan Roomi, and CEO Fahim Roomi of Roomi Builders & Developers were present for the ceremonial event.
The Senior Director of Sales Taha Mehmood addressed the audience and referred to Roomi Builders and Developers’ revolutionary Roomi Icon project as the tallest twin towers on Karachi’s Jinnah Avenue.
The real estate market of metropolitan would welcome the launch of this high-rise building, which offers 2 and 3-bedroom flats, he added.
He continued by saying that the 26-story building also has levels set out for parking, a swimming pool, a library, a gym, indoor games, a small theatre, a daycare center, and prayer areas.
According to the CEO of Roomi Builders and Developers Fahim Roomi, Roomi Icon has received approval from all relevant agencies and will include luxurious flats and penthouses.
He said that it would also include amenities and features that would distinguish it as a true symbol of the luxury apartment lifestyle in Karachi’s real estate market.
