My Thoughts:
Layout of the website is not that catchy rather its sort of Okay, moreover, if you stay long enough on website you will hear a song playing out of no where. Which I think should be taken care of.
The thing I love is the ability to listen to a song with your choice of player. Players in Flash, Quick Time, Real Player, and Windows Media Player.
Website is not updated, that regularly – maybe team needs to focus on growing the content.
Another thing is when you contact the admin, you can expect a reply within 1-2 days. However, you may start receiving their newsletter without any subscription. Worst of all – you there is no option to unsubscribe.
Conclusion: A good start but website has got lot of room to work at.
To me the content looks good but the layout is awful.No one uses tables for websites now.Plus flash isn’t required there.Maybe the webmaster isn’t active or even working on this site now.

Damn, awesome website. I actually came across this on Google, and I am stoked I did. I will definately be revisiting here more often. Wish I could add to the post and bring a bit more to the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment.
