PTA Launches Online Complaint Management System

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, in collaboration with cellular companies, has launched “Online Complaint Management System”, to help customers seek timely resolution of their complaints.

PTA’s Online Complaint Management System was inagurated by Sardar Aseff Ahmad Ali, Federal Minister for Information Technology at PTA headquarters today.

Online Complaint Management System will enable telecom consumers to lodge their complaints regarding telecom services online and to have prompt response on them. This system is integrated with operators and the telecom Authority.

Chairman PTA Dr. Mohammad Yaseen, Member Finance, Syed Nasrul Karim Ghaznavi, and Member Technical, Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar, were also present during the ceremony.

How To lodge an Online Complaint with PTA?

complaints PTA Launches Online Complaint Management System Open www.pta.gov.pk – You will find a link named as “Complaints” on the right-most slot in the top menu.

Click on “Complaints” to find out ways to make a complaint for any telecom service.

For online complaint registration click here
Fill the complaint form with all the required details and press submit.

Note: PTA requires you to register a complaint with your respective service provider prior to registering a complaint with PTA. This online form will require you to have Operator Reference Number. If you don’t have it then better provide date & time of making contact with the operator for further perusal of matter.

The Minister, on the occasion, said that PTA is doing a good job by addressing the grievances and complaints of consumers of the telecom sector and it is ensuring the provision of quality services. The launch of ‘Online Complaint Management System’ would prove to be a significant step towards the achievement of these objectives, he added.

The Minister said, “Government is there to provide policy guidelines and directions, it is the responsibility of the institution to deliver to the public in line with the policy guidelines”. He also discussed with the Secretary IT and chairman PTA the plan and scope of starting training programs in IT sector for educated youth of the country to enable them to get jobs in local and international markets.

On this occasion, Chairman PTA briefed the Minister on Pakistan telecom sector development.

The Chairman said that PTA has encouraged development of local contents and created awareness on it. It has introduced Information Rabta Portal to facilitate internet users to get information on Pakistan. He said PTA organized Consumer Forums at different cities to seek views of consumers on telecom services. PTA also introduced new system to block unwanted calls/SMS.

I was curious if PTA turns back to you once the complain is filed? As with PTCL they don’t really care about your complaints and you can have a dead phone or Internet disconnection for days.

There was a time when PTA used to fine these network operators for misguiding/misleading the customers way back in 2005/6/7 but nowadays they are committing atrocities every now and then and PTA is mum on that, not a reliable authority anymore as crooks have take over it’s operations.

Please give chance to young and energetic blood youngsters want to change and they can change future of Pakistan. when i charge 50 rupees balance every after one day,i receive the balance but immediately after 10 to 15 minutes there is no balance in my mobile most of the time ,in the mean while i did not call anywhere than where my balance went.please solve the problem.i think there are some person involved from your franchise center ,this is a criminal activity.i have faced many times no balnce this is not good activity please take serious action otherwise i will go to OMBUDSMAN to submit my case in this regard i hope you will take serious action against those criminal elements who are harmful for society and your company.

بھی تھے مگر چند سو لوگوں کی وجہ سے لاکھوں لوگوں سے انکا کاروبار چھین لیا جاے یہ
کہاں کا انصاف ھے ؟

سرکاری ملازمین کرپشن رشوت ستانی کرتے ہیں تو کیا وہ سرکاری ادارہ بند کردینا
چاہیے؟

موبایل سمز غلط ناموں پر کیسے ایکٹیو کی جاتی ہیں۔

موبائل کمپنی کنیکشن سیلز کا ٹارگٹ دیتی ہیں ہر ماہ فرنچایز کو 3 سے 4 ہزار
کنیکشن ۔ اور دھمکاتی بھی ھیں کہ اگر ٹارگٹ پورا نہ کیا تو کمیشن نہ ملے گا۔لیگل
کرو یا ان لیگل سیلز لاو۔ فرنچایز کے پاس عوام اور اپنے تمام کسٹمرز کے شناختی
کارڈ ہوتے ہیں۔

سمز ایکٹیو کرنے کے لیے پوچھے جانے والے خفیہ سوال انکے جواب صرف کمپنی اور
کمپنی کے ملازمین کو پتہ ھوتے ہیں سسٹم کی کمزوریاں بھی۔ کچھ موبائل شاپس کمپنی
ملازمین کی یا انکی پارٹنر شپ میں ہوتی ھیں جہاں سے یہ ایکٹیو سمز فروخت کی جاتی
ہیں ۔فرنچایز سے اس لیے فروخت نہیں کرتے کہ پی ٹی اے کا ڈر ہوتا ہے۔ تو قربانی کا
بکرا اور بدنامی کا بکرا موبایل شاپ بن جاتی ہے دولت مند کرپشن کرکے اپنے تعلقات
اور پیسہ کی وجہ سے بچ جاتا ہے۔ اور پھنستا غریب دکاندار اور کمپنی ملازم ھے جو
اپنی نوکری یا دکان بچانے کے لیے کمپنیز کی بلیک میلنگ کا شکار ہوجاتا ہے۔اب بھی
یہ ہوا کہ گورنمیٹ اور پی ٹی اے نے کمپنی اور فرنچایز کو تحفظ فراہم کردیا۔اور 25
لاکھ دکانداروں کو بےروزگارکردیا۔موبیل شاپس پر رکھا کروڑوں روپے کی سمز نہ کمپنی
واپس لینے کو تیار ہے نہ بیچنہ دینے کو۔ رحمان ملک صاحب دکانداروں کا مال کمپنی کو
واپس لینے کے لیے بھی کوئی حکم جاری فرمایں کٰہ بےروزگار کرنےکا
حکم تو بہت جلدی جاری کردیا تھا۔

جو سم موبائل شاپ سے 70 روپے کی مل جاتی تھی اب
وہ 500 اور اس سے زیادہ کی فرنچائز سے مل
رہی ہے جبکہ کمپنی سے وہ سم 60 روپے کی فرنچائز کو ملتی ہے۔کہیں اس پالیسی کا مقصد
صرف کپمنی اور فرنچایز کو فایدہ اور عوام کو لوٹنا تو نہیں ؟ زرا سوچئے

جس ملک کا قانون صرف طاقتور اور پیسے والو کو
تحفظ فراہم کرتا اور کمزوروں کےفورا خلاف حرکت میں اجاتا ہو۔وہاں کل بھی اج بھی
اور أئندھ بھی طاقتور لوگ ان ضمیر فروش فرنچایز اور کمپنی ملازمین سے بنا نام کی
سمز حاصل کرتے رہیں گے۔ اور کچھ زہین لوگ کبھی موبئل شاپس بند کرنے کے حکم کبھی
عوام کو بند کرنے کے حکم جاری کرتے رہیں گے۔ھمارے خیال سے موبئل فون پولیس کے لیے
مخبر کا کام کرتا ہے۔جسکہ زریع ان کی أپس کی بات چیت ان کی پلاننگ پتہ چلتی ھے۔ ان
کو پکڑنے کے لیے وہ طریقہ اپنائے جائیں جو ساری دنیا میں رائج ہیں۔ سم
لوکیٹر،موبائیل لوکیٹر۔ اگر تخریب کار موبائل کی جگہ انٹرنیٹ سروسس سے کالنگ کریں
تو انکا پکڑنا اور مشکل ہوگا۔ کہ غیرملکی ویب سئٹس انکو معلومات شائد ہی فراھم
کریں۔

موبائل سگنلز بند کرنے سے فی الحال تو فایدہ ہو
رہا ھے مگر تخریب کار وائرلیس واکی ٹاکی یا دوسرے ٹیکنالوجی استعمال کرنا شروع
کریں گے، بم بنانے کے طریقے انٹرنیٹ پر دستیاب ہیں۔بم بنانے کا سامان بھی دکانوں
پر دستیاب ہے غیرقانونی اسلحہ بھی بااسانی دستیاب ہے مگر ساری توجہ موبائل سمز پر
مرکوز۔ کیونکہ اسلحہ کہ تاجروں اور موت کے سوداگروں کے حمایتی لوگ حکومتیں بنا اور
گرا سکتے ہیں۔ رشوت اور سفارش پر بننے والے سرکاری ملازم میرٹ پر بننے والے تخریب
کار کا مقابلہ کیسے کر سکتے ہیں؟

کوئی دلچسپی نہیں کہ پیپلزپارٹی کا ووٹ بنک کم ہو یا زیادہ اس اقدام سے 25 لاکھ
خاندان فی خاندان 5 افراد بھی ہو تو 1کروڑ 25 لاکھ افراد اس فیصلہ سے متاثر ہوں گے
کیا الیکشن سے پہلے 1کروڑ 25 لاکھ لوگوں کو گورنمنٹ سے بدظن کرنا کیا یہ فیصلہ

کوئی بھی سیاسی جماعت ان 25 لاکھ خاندانوں کے لیے أواز اٹھاے گا تو ان 1 کروڑ 25
لاکھ لوگوں کی دعا اور انکا ووٹ اس جماعت کے لیے ہی ھوگا۔

میری نظر
میں ایک تجویز ہے جس سے یہ تمام لوگ بھی بےروزگاری سے بچ سکتے ہیں اور سمز
ایکٹیویشن کا نظام بھی غلطیوں سے پاک ہوسکتا ہے۔اگر حکومت تمام موبائل شاپس کو سم
ان ایکٹیو سمز کمپنی پیک شدہ سیل کرنے کی اجازت دے دے۔ کیونکہ ان ایکٹیو سم کسی
بھی استمعال میں نہیں اسکتی نہ کال کی جاسکتی ہے نہ اسکتی ہے نہ مسیج وہ ایک ڈیڈ
کنکشن ہوتی ہے۔ کسٹمر کسی بھی موبائل شاپ سے اپنی پسند کا نمبر خریدے پھر اس کنکشن
کو ایکٹیو کرانے کے لیے قریبئ نادرا أفس یا موبایل فرنچایز جا کر بایومیٹرک سسٹم
میں اپنی تمام معلومات فراہم کر کے کنکشن کارأمد ایکٹیو کرالے۔ اس طرح اگر کوی غلط
ایکٹیویشن ھوگی بھی تو وہ صرف نادرا أفس والا یا فرنچایز والا کر سکے گا دکاندار
نہیں۔ ہم شرطیہ کہتے ہیں اس سے غلط ایکٹیویشن ختم ہوجایں گی۔

اس سے بھی زیادہ قیمت پر دیں اب فنچاٰئز دکانداروں کو مجبور کر رہی ہے کہ کمپنی
ریٹ پر مطلب أدھی قیمت میں ہمیں واپس دو ورںہ یہ بند ہوجایں گی رحمان ملک صاحب دکانداروں کا مال کمپنی کو واپس
لینے کے لیے بھی کوئی حکم جاری فرمایں کٰہ بےروزگار کرنےکا

نہ ہو تو اپ کوئی بھی 10 لوگوں کے شناختی کارڈ نمبرز 668 پر میسیج کریں 9 افراد کے
نام پر ایسی سمز 668 سے انے والے مسیج میں ظاہر ہوں گی جسکا علم ان 9 افراد کے
فرشتوں کو بھی نہ ۔ ہوگا۔ کیا ان کروڑوں عوام کے شناختی کارڈوں کے غلط استعمال پر
کسی فرنچائز کو اج تک سزا ملی؟ مل بھی نہی سکتی کہ وہ کوی دکاندار یا عام عوام
نہیں ملٹی نیشنل کمپنیوں کے نمائندہ فرنچائز ہیں۔ جو ماہانہ 8 لاکھ روپے تمام
اخراجات نکال کر کمانے والے ٹیکس چور ہیں جو قانون کو خریدنا جانتے ہیں۔

کیا الیکشن سے پہلے 1کروڑ 25 لاکھ لوگوں کو گورنمنٹ سے بدظن کرنا کیا یہ فیصلہ

اگر أج
کوئی بھی سیاسی جماعت ان 25 لاکھ خاندانوں کے لیے أواز اٹھاے گا تو ان 1 کروڑ 25
لاکھ لوگوں کی دعا اور انکا ووٹ اس جماعت کے لیے ہی ھوگا۔

میری نظر
میں ایک تجویز ہے جس سے یہ تمام لوگ بھی بےروزگاری سے بچ سکتے ہیں اور سمز
ایکٹیویشن کا نظام بھی غلطیوں سے پاک ہوسکتا ہے۔اگر حکومت تمام موبائل شاپس کو سم
ان ایکٹیو سمز کمپنی پیک شدہ سیل کرنے کی اجازت دے دے۔ کیونکہ ان ایکٹیو سم کسی
بھی استمعال میں نہیں اسکتی نہ کال کی جاسکتی ہے نہ اسکتی ہے نہ مسیج وہ ایک ڈیڈ
کنکشن ہوتی ہے۔ کسٹمر کسی بھی موبائل شاپ سے اپنی پسند کا نمبر خریدے پھر اس کنکشن
کو ایکٹیو کرانے کے لیے قریبئ نادرا أفس یا موبایل فرنچایز جا کر بایومیٹرک سسٹم
میں اپنی تمام معلومات فراہم کر کے کنکشن کارأمد ایکٹیو کرالے۔ اس طرح اگر کوی غلط
ایکٹیویشن ھوگی بھی تو وہ صرف نادرا أفس والا یا فرنچایز والا کر سکے گا دکاندار
نہیں۔ ہم شرطیہ کہتے ہیں اس سے غلط ایکٹیویشن ختم ہوجایں گی۔

أپ ہمارے لیے کوشش کریں گے۔

کیونکہ
ہم یہ ای میل صرف ان افراد اور اداروں کو کر رہے ہیں جن سے ہمیں بہت امیدیں وابستہ
ہیں۔میڈیا کو گزشتہ ایک ماہ سے یہ ای میل بہیج رہے ہیں مگروہ اس معاملہ پر اور ان
کاروباری مگر مچھوں کے خلاف کوئی أواز نہیں اٹھارہئے۔شاہد وہ ان سے ڈرتے ہیں یا ان
کا ضمیر اس کی اجازت نہیں دیتا اگر أپ کے بس میں کچھ نہیں پھر بھی أپ اس ای میل کو
دوسروں کو فارورڈ کرکے ھماری مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔شاید أپ کی زرا سی کوشش سے 25 لاکھ گھروں کا چولہا بجھنےسے بچ جاے۔

سے لوگ انتقاما یا مجبورا غلط راستے چننے پر مجبور ہو جاتے ہیں۔………..
