Yesterday was the birthday of my niece and it was very
important for me as my niece was looking forward for my presence there. I
couldnāt manage to attend the birthday party because I was out of city. So
today, I thought to call her and wish her but alas! At that same moment, mobile
services were suspended. I got worried as my niece was waiting for my call. There
was landline connection available at my nieceās home but I didnāt have. I made
my mind and went to the market to search a PCO. Luckily I found a PCO and I
called my niece and wished her. Now I am very thankful to the landline service
for helping me in the time of need.
When my friend and I were travelling, we had an accident and my friend injured badly.
When we got admitted in hospital, we have to inform our family but on that day unfortunately,
mobile services were blocked. Itās a worst feeling than ever. But doctor
suggested us to use a hospital landline to inform our family and luckily we
both have PTCL landline. Thanks PTCL for this wonderful service.
