Aamir Khan is Vivo’s New Brand Ambassador

Vivo has announced the appointment of Bollywood actor Aamir Khan as its brand ambassador through its official Facebook page.

Going forward, Aamir Khan will be part of Vivo’s marketing campaign. He will be the face of the company and is expected to appear in future TV commercials as well.

Vivo has leveraged celebrity advertising and brand association to good effect. With Aamir Khan’s inclusion, the brand is hoping to raise its profile and brand appeal, especially among the youth.

The company has previously worked as the official sponsor of 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups. Currently it is serving as the title sponsor of IPL Cricket for the next 5 years.

In Pakistan, Vivo has continued to promote its products, putting much of its focus on camera and music features present on their phones. Last year, Vivo has launched the V7 and V7+ duo of smartphones, both featuring 24MP Selfie Cameras.

Their upcoming smartphone, V9 will also focus on camera features along with AI capabilities and FullView screen. It is expected that the new phone will be launched early next month for an approximate price of Rs. 35,000

  • If vivo cannot have a Pakistan Origin ambassador I personally won’t buy vivo

    • Pagal PK aany k baad Amir Khan ke izat aor qadar buhat barrh gai ha Pakistan mein aor Amir Khan Pakistan b aya tha aor buhat ziada achy alfaz mein yad krta ha wo , aor commercial mein buhat kam dekha hoga Amir Khan ko tum ny

    • Hafiz saeed, Molana Masood azhar, Ajmal Kassab(Late), Ameer hamza, Lakhvi etc etc

      • And we are proud of the cause they represent. They are just the faces who take the fall.
Its not a rational world. When it comes to your rights, the ends justify the means. Americans elected Trump and you are still trying to appease the world – the same theater of the absurd which failed to help Kashmiris secure the freedom that they were promised.

        • uhh … no, they’re terrorists (except Ajmal)

          and you seem like a delusional r e t a r d !

            • I’m not Indian but those guys are religious zealots and fanatics, if anyone is showing a twisted and corrupted image of Islam, it’s them

Again, emphasis on what i said in it’s entirety.. Ajmal Kassab’s case. you missed out that one. Poor guy went to be an actor there and they killed him… that one was innocent

                • stop with provocations already, most of the guys you mentioned are just extremists. no ifs and buts… i have already picked out the one wrong mention (Ajmal Kassab) who was, btw, analysed by the local media as a budding actor who had travelled to India for an acting career.

                  don’t be a hypocrite

oh and btw i am showing my true face … unlike you !

                  how I R O N I C

      • Ajmal Kassab was innocent tbh, he was just a sacrifical lamb….

think of his case like Naqeebullah’s, Ajmal went to India to become an Actor, not to kill

you can easily doctor video footage… which is HARDLY reliable !

    • Janab, according to the hindutwa doctrine followed by India nowadays, Amir Khan, Salman Khan and many others are our ambassadors.
Being politically correct, i’d like to state that Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Rahat Fateh and some others are our intrinsic and celebrated ambassadors in India.

      • absolutely not, being an actor and working is way different than being a brand ambassador of a product.
problem here is when you say Vivo Pakistan and than have a brand face which is not a Pakistani is absurd and that’s what i was referring too and doesn’t like.
