Help me buy : Ideos vs Gio

What do you guys suggest, which phone i should buy, actually i am buying this for my brother.

Huawei Ideos U8150 by ZoNG - costs 11000 PKR
Samsung Galaxy Gio 5660 costs almost 18000 PKR

also please provide your experience if you have used any of them.

Did you compare the specs on gsm arena? I think on the old forum someone asked and everyone recommended Gio.

never use any of them.. but i think samsung is better not because of its goodwill, its slim then huawei handset. its processor is better, 16 M colors, screen size ..

I guess i asked that earlier, but do you think its really worth the extra 7000 rupees? as both phones run Froyo and don't support Flash. The only difference is screen size and processor. What about the Ram & Rom of Gio? as Ideos has 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, and also what GPU chip set is there in Gio?

Is there any other android smart phone available in Pakistani Market in 20K range?

I have read very good reviews about "Orange San Francisco (ZTE Blade)" in some other forums. In USA you can buy it for only $100. Is it available in our local market. Is it a good phone?

I think it is really worth paying 7000 extra for a renowned brand made in Korea and you can expect future updates as well.

Regarding Flash, it will run on any handset running Froyo. You will need to install Adobe Flash Player 10.1 from Android Market.

I was in same situation you are in now, and i decided Galaxy Gio, Leave the chinese crap, Ideos is network locked and unlock might cost you 2000 after that warranty will be void, battery timing of ideos is bad, and all other thing are already mentioned by Ijaz Ahmed.

I have read a review and came to know that Gio S5660 is sold without the handsfree (I mean the stereo headset). Is that true ?
