I am also pasting following letter that I received through an email from a Warid Customer, who is apparently not happy with service center staff. I am publishing it as it was received. Hopefully, someone from warid will come across and may comment on it…!

Respected Sir

I hope u r fine. I had purchased a SIM card of number 0322 605 2330. I have been repetitively providing all required data to your concerned staff to get my number registered. For the purpose, I gave copy of my ID card and other details from retailer (situated in BC Tower opposite to GC University Faisalabad) and once to your Franchise near Ideal Sweet Gulberg Road Faisalabad, and I believe it was registered to my name. 

I lost my phone and SIM on Saturday 29 Nov 2008 and consequently I went to your Franchise near Ideal Sweet Gulberg Road Faisalabad, and asked for SIM replacement. I was told to provide a copy of these original documents (ID card copy, SIM card copy and wrapper of SIM). After filling all required information and providing required documents, a madam told me to contact service center. On inquiring why? She said that SIM has not been registered in my name – I was shocked to know this, anyway.

By discussing that matter the Madam agreed to change ownership and will provide me duplicate SIM as well. Since, then I have visited this franchise for 5/6 times.. but

I am really disappointed with this kind of behavior from your senior most Franchise person and l am not a free person l am very busy person. After that I took my form back and warned her about her behavior and leave the shop because on each time she say some thing new.

I badly need your involvement against that Madam, and i want my number back with registration. Other wise I will leave Warid forever as this is not only my problem all users facing such problems but have no proper guidance what to do next.

    Dear friend!! this is not the matter of only Warid all these cellular companies has very bad customer services… Customer services people have lack of knowledge…. sometimes they really behave like stupid………….

    I have been using warid after it was first launched. So far their customer service has been better than others, I have tried rest as well but when compared to others Warid is better than the rest. Once or twice I noticed very casual attitude on Warid helpline and that was from a lady CSR when I wanted to lodge a complain against over-charging my number.

    ZONG: WORST EVER CUSTOMER CARE, TRUST ME NEVER EVER GO FOR ZONG. I Lodged complain that their IVR on 310 has got some problem as it usually miss options for the caller and keep on repeating, CSR hanged up the line. I have recording when I talked to another CSR and he was literally drunk at 8:30 in the morning…and very casual calling me “Mr” …”Jinab”…though I wasn’t lodging a complain, I was asking how to add a F&F number. Before sending SIMs at home, they literally were pushing people out of their main office in Saddar, Rawalpindi..and a guy serving there came out and yelled on 2, 3 people like if there was some free “langaar”. Unluckily they had a faulty IVR on 310, and 907 never allowed to add a F&F number till I ported from ZONG (only to show my hatred for them)

    Telenor = They cooperate but dry & rough, for a PUK code u need to visit their Franchise. And on Customer care or any franchise they always have an “attitude” coz we people never stop calling them “Sir gee, Sir gee” …and those guys on ur service get on ur head.

    Ufone = Looks like they have a mind set that all lairs and cheaters are on their networks. Every time U want to lodge a complain they are suspicious about you. Once I had to tell a CSR my name for 3 times as he asked my name after every few seconds.

    Bilkul sahi kaha zaheer bhai ap ne. i m from sargodha or yehi chez mere sath b hui hai. frenchise se sim purchase ki apna id card diya waha detail sab kuch us k bawajood sim mere name par nahi. frenchise walay sim ki ownership change kar detey hian agar bussines-center jao to woh kehtey hian k jiss k name par pehlay hai us ko b le ao with orignal id card. lolz…….
    ab jo old owner hai pehlay to us ko dhondo phir ownership change karwao.
