I am also pasting following letter that I received through an email from a Warid Customer, who is apparently not happy with service center staff. I am publishing it as it was received. Hopefully, someone from warid will come across and may comment on it…!

Respected Sir

I hope u r fine. I had purchased a SIM card of number 0322 605 2330. I have been repetitively providing all required data to your concerned staff to get my number registered. For the purpose, I gave copy of my ID card and other details from retailer (situated in BC Tower opposite to GC University Faisalabad) and once to your Franchise near Ideal Sweet Gulberg Road Faisalabad, and I believe it was registered to my name. 

I lost my phone and SIM on Saturday 29 Nov 2008 and consequently I went to your Franchise near Ideal Sweet Gulberg Road Faisalabad, and asked for SIM replacement. I was told to provide a copy of these original documents (ID card copy, SIM card copy and wrapper of SIM). After filling all required information and providing required documents, a madam told me to contact service center. On inquiring why? She said that SIM has not been registered in my name – I was shocked to know this, anyway.

By discussing that matter the Madam agreed to change ownership and will provide me duplicate SIM as well. Since, then I have visited this franchise for 5/6 times.. but

I am really disappointed with this kind of behavior from your senior most Franchise person and l am not a free person l am very busy person. After that I took my form back and warned her about her behavior and leave the shop because on each time she say some thing new.

I badly need your involvement against that Madam, and i want my number back with registration. Other wise I will leave Warid forever as this is not only my problem all users facing such problems but have no proper guidance what to do next.

This sim belong to my elder brother Named Sohail Bhatti
