2,000 professionals and 1,000 employers were asked about their compensation policies and perceptions, for the sake of this survey that concluded interesting discoveries about workforce packages, their growth rate and their job satisfaction. The results and analysis can serve to outline general career trends.
Each of the top positions illustrates the median salary range after 5 years of experience as well as the percentage growth from 1-5 years. All salaries are denoted PKR per month.
