Design:

Its digital experience is worth remembering since it is a combination of glossy touch screen and an intelligent operating system. Samsung S5620 has attractive curve body with sleek surface for comfortable grip. Its 3-inch TFT touch-capacitive screen and having resolution of 240×400(3 inches) resolution with the support of 256k colors.

The Samsung Monte runs Touch Wiz UI 2.0 Plus for efficient and effective touch screen functions. It is also ready with features like accelerometer sensor for UI (User Interface) rotate.

Hardware Features (Processor, Internal & External Memory):

It’s handing out is much better and applications are quite reachable. It is ready with 200 MB domestic memory which is moderately sufficient for some basic memory processing. It is also ready with maximum of 16GB memory by using micro SD card and it can store 1000 entries for phonebook and able of storing call records virtually.

Battery:

It is factory loaded with Standard battery, Li-Ion 960 mAh. As per manufacturer details; The device offers a standby time of up to 769 hours on 2G  and 9 hours and 42 minutes talk time for 2G.The device perfectly suits the local market since it offers cellular 2.5 G networks.

Connectivity Features:

Samsung Monte is 3.5G network capable WIFI phone. It features Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 – 48 kbps GPRS/EDGE with capability of 3.5G transmission of HSDPA, 3.2 Mbps. It supports Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP stereo sound capability headset and Micro USB port for PC and micro USB charger connectivity.

Camera and Location Based Capability:

Samsung Monte S5620 is equipped with 3.2 MP (2048 x 1536 pixels) cameras featuring geo-tagging for sharing the travelling experiences with friends and family and different shooting modes like smile detection, panoramas, single, continuous, frame and mosaic.

Samsung Monte S5620 video camera is ready of capturing video with, QVGA@15fps and it is also ready with secondary CIF camera for video calling. It is set with A-GPS as location based value added tool and it supports different location based applications like Google Maps /Google Latitude and Navi expert. Its camera does not offer features like Flashlight.

Applications and Operating System:

Samsung Monte compelling feature of Touch Wiz UI 2.0 Plus provides handy usability of applications. With its latest UI it features home screen swapping, home widgets and live feed widgets. It offers social networking integrations applications like MySpace, Twitter, Bebo and lot of other known social networking applications in the form of widgets and in separate consoles. It is also loaded with Multi Instant messaging capability and provides user chat in real time.

Browser:

The glad news for internet lovers is this that the device is capable of full internet browsing with a Samsung Monte internet browser and all the basic functions are integrated for internet mobility.

Home Screen:

Home screen is capable of finger swapping and widget placement offering multiple alternative home screen windows. It is also ready with task manager for accessing applications by displaying in multiple open applications at different animated style.
