Telenor Pakistan launched a nationwide E-load sales competition for its retailers.
Purpose is to recognize their efforts by gave away prizes which included
- Bumper prize 800cc car,
- motorbikes,
- generators
- and emergency lights.

do a retailer have to pay for a retailer certificate of telenor? if yes tell me the reason if no why our franchise charging 30000 from me to get me a retailer certificate?
