The inauguration ceremony was attended by PTCL SEVP Commercial, Naveed Saeed; EVP Wire-line, Aasif Inam; EVP Wireless, Omer Khalid; EVP Customer Care, Kamran Malik, RGM Hazara Telecom Region, Usman Ali Khan; GM Commercial, Jawad Saleem; GM Customer Care HQ’s, Naeem Siddiqui as well as OSS staff attired in their smart uniforms.

Widely recognized as the company’s public face, PTCL’s nation-wide 191 One-Stop Shops are facilitating customers in billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing instalments and payments all under one roof.
“We want to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere at our One Stop Shops,” said Executive Vice President (EVP) Customer Care, Kamran Malik. “These outlets are offering one window operations in strategic locations spread all over the country”.
In addition to the One-Stop Shops, PTCL customers are also facilitated through its 1236 helpline and online services.
