Samsung Announces New Budget Phones: Galaxy Star and Pocket Neo

A new week, a new Samsung phone. The Korean company which is obsessed with releasing new phones as quickly as possible has announced yet another combo of Android smartphones, this time the Galaxy Star and Pocket Neo. Both Galaxy Star and Galaxy Neo Pocket look identical in design and most of the specs. Its strange that how two phone (from same vendor) can be so similar.

The only difference – that we could spot – is that Galaxy Star comes with 1 Ghz processor, while Pocket Neo trades with 800 Mhz processor.

Both the phones come with optional dual-SIM feature.

Battery with both Galaxy Star and Pocket Neo stands at 1200mAh, which is too low for a smartphone – especially if its from Samsung.

The Galaxy Pocket Neo will be available this May. Pricing details of both of these phones are unknown right now.
