Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has launched an exclusive WiFi service called ‘Managed WiFi’ for its corporate customers.
PTCL’s Managed WiFi service provides organizations with secure, reliable and fast wireless LAN access. This service is available across multiple locations without the hassle of associated hardware and maintenance costs. The service also comes with efficient centralized management, advanced analytic tools, web based management portal and application inventory.
The service provides organizations with premium internet bandwidth with download speed upto1Gbps. The speed may vary and is dependent upon the number of laptops, smart phones, tablets or other devices connected to the access point at any given time.
Kamal Ahmed, Chief Digital Services Officer (CDSO) PTCL said at the occasion, “PTCL is committed to deliver affordable and scalable one window connectivity solutions in Pakistan. The Managed WiFi service is an efficient solution that enables organizations and businesses of all sizes to lower the total cost of ownership and improve efficiency by tapping into the vast ICT infrastructure of PTCL.”
PTCL Managed WiFi is the first of its kind service in Pakistan which caters to the growing connectivity needs of banking and financial sectors, hospitals and educational institutions, as well as large and small government and private organizations.

PTCL Suck i have Evo Nitro which sucks for last 2 months i try to register complain to Onestop Shop and they said your problem will be sortede out in 1-2 days but no answer from them frustratingly i try to register my complain online but when i enter the credentials it says complain already launched it try to call there helpline 1218 but it got a tape and i can’t get over that voice by pressing any number from 1 or 2 or any other number i try from ptcl landline and from my mbl
Yes, they have this issue if you call from land-line. But I try from my mobile and it works fine.

1G download is amazing speed. I hope they will address issues for their Home Users. A friend of mine ordered DSL service in Near Fresco Sweets, have been waiting for someone to get it installed. Multiple calls to Customer Service has resulted in no resolution except that it is being forwarded to higher ups. There should be a channel where customers can reach them directly instead of middle man (the help line), who have no clue what is happening at the back end.
