Zameen.com Holds Technology & Real Estate Conferences in Karachi

Zameen.com organised two back-to-back Technology & Real Estate Conferences in Gulistan-e-Jauhar and North Nazimabad on 9th and 10th December. The events were attended by over 600 notable estate agents representing more than 300 of the most prominent estate agencies and property developers.

The event presented an educational opportunity for the local real estate players to stay abreast of changing trends and best online business practices and learn how they can use technology to grow their business further. Zeeshan Ali Khan, Co-Founder of Zameen.com and Bayut.com, the leading UAE property portal, briefed the attendants about the best global practices and the increasing use of technology in real estate sectors around the globe.

These conferences, much like other educational drives organised by Zameen.com previously, consisted of training programmes for real estate agents in accordance with the portal’s goal of increasing internet and general IT awareness in the Pakistani real estate sector in general and Karachi property sector in particular.

This is not Zameen.com’s first technology conference. In January 2014, the portal organised a similar conference in collaboration with DEFCLAREA, the largest realtor association in Pakistan. Ever since the first conference, these events have been regularly held in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar, making Zameen.com the only portal dedicated to bringing about much-needed changes in the real estate sector of Pakistan.

Zameen.com has changed many brokerage firms for the better and these conferences have played an instrumental role in helping smaller agencies grow. “We want to continue being the gateway to success for real estate agencies of all scales by sharing key information with them,” said Zeeshan Ali Khan.

Participants of the conference highly appreciated Zameen.com’s relentless efforts to create a level playing field and offer local estate agencies opportunities for growth.
