House-hunters can now “dial a home” to find their dream property, thanks to a new service that puts buyers and renters directly in contact with real estate agents.
The Dial A Home service is an initiative by Lamudi.pk, which has launched in Faisalabad. With a low rate of internet penetration there, house-hunters can now simply call a hotline and be put in touch with real estate agents who have properties tailored to their needs.
Saad Arshed, Country Director of Lamudi Pakistan, said:
“From our experience, we have seen that property-seekers are always pressed for time when looking for their ideal home. To simplify the process and take the stress out of house-hunting, the Lamudi.pk business development team came up with the idea for Dial a Home. The service is an easy way for house hunters who have limited internet access to get in contact with the agents and brokers who list their homes online through Lamudi.”
House-hunters can call the 042-111-Lamudi / 042-111-526-834 hotline number and explain their requirements to a customer service representative, who will cross reference their needs with Lamudi’s extensive property database.
A text message will then be automatically sent to agents or brokers who have properties matching the caller’s requirements. This text message will include the house hunter’s contact details so that the broker can get directly in touch with potential clients.
Advertisers will then contact the house-seeker directly to explain their offers, allowing property hunters to easily select from a range of tailored listings on the go.
To try the Dial A Home service, please call 042-111-Lamudi/ 042-111-526-834. The service is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
