PTCL Upgrades Business Intelligence System to Enrich Customer Experience

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the largest ICT services provider in the country, has deployed a state-of-the-art Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence system.

This system will enable the company to proactively understand customer requirements and serve them in a more efficient manner through delivering an enriched experience as per international best practices.

The upgraded system will further improve PTCL’s service delivery platforms and add substantial value to overall customer experience.

Raed Abdel Fattah, Chief Information Officer (CIO) PTCL said,

  • Khotay ka sar! 4G Evo ka user apna usage to check ker nahi sakta khud say.. so called one stop shop per jao un kay pass tak access nahi hai… you have to call the state of the art helpline and wait in queue just to know how much data you have used and to top it off you have to look for a ufone easyload merchant to pay 4G Evo’s bill.. no PTCL outlet can collect 4G Evo bill… they are still far behind in providing quality service… batain carooron ki dukan pakoron ki!
