  • There is just one thing i will say about Warid that its perhaps the only telecom operator which has the least but the most satisfied customers around.

    These services include call quality and the quality of voice and connectivity. and here Warid is actually very very impressive and with no doubt it could be said that Warid may be in just the Urban towns but its the best amongst all and thats a 10 years of customer experience that i do have as i opted Warid in August 2005.

    On the note of these 10 years, i will hatsoff to Warid and all its people to setup such outstanding network in the country.

    I often hear from my friends using Mobilink, Telenor on call drop issue and specially the bad voice quality of Ufone and particularly ZONG, which has the most cheap class of customers, who like speaking loud in public, to cover their networks shortcomings. I wish they know, that they have a low signals with broken links reaching their Chinese phones with a Chinese connection. LOL a right combo.

    In my views, all high class people who trust not to compromise on quality and uninterpreted services. Most of them i know in my business circle from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, they have Warid and they are now using their 8GB 4G LTE Bucket, all the time on the go – truly delighted , wow factor in real makes it a live experience.

  • Been using Warid for 10 years myself and honestly apart from maybe 1 or 2 times, I don’t remember experiencing any call drops or any such issues.

  • End to end Ericsson is the reason of Warid quality. So they invested four times more per site than others operators who are using Chinese equipment.

  • I have already share about 3rd class vendor using by Telenor (ZTE)

    Now you can see my point of view , When you are using world 1st class vendor (CISCO backbone , Ericsson front end) then you achieve excellence award

    Telenor only win the game to gain the users only give low rate service ( chines theory low rate bad quality) only due to chines 3rd class vendor

    I already request ProPakistani to highlight the issue “how chines vendors destroyed the Paksitani engineer life and Pakistan Telecom networks” so PTA can notice

    Although I am ZTE-Telenor employee but my best wishes to waridtel because may be , other opeartor switch 1st class world vendor to see your Quaility
