Huawei has announced a new initiative where it is going to offer a kind of Phone Postal Repair Service for its phone users.
The customers can hand over their smart phones to courier services to avail the Huawei Phone Postal Repair Service at their door steps.
Whenever a Huawei device needs any warranty services or repair, Huawei customers can simply call the Huawei-Care team by dialing 0800-00016. The company will collect the cellular device (Free-of-Cost) from the caller’s home or office through courier service.
The device will then be serviced or repaired and delivered back at the customer’s doorstep, within the stipulated time without any charges.
As the service will be provided against the warranty devices, hence, Huawei has revealed that no service fee will be charged against the facility. Huawei promises to deliver complete service, repair, maintenance and genuine parts replacement for Huawei products and devices, under the expert supervision of qualified and experienced engineers.

this is great , but do about devices without warranty so we can pay online and get repaired.
You can take your device to their customer service and get it repaired paying the repairing cost. I have dipped my Honor 8 in a pot full of cooking oil. called 080000016. They told me to get it to their customer care in Blue Area. My phone is in warranty but I don’t have the warranty card and reciept.

I have worst experience with their support. After 10 days of submission they said that it can’t be repaired.
I found later on that phone was not even opened as I was making several calls they just broke the seal and marked it irrepairable just to get rid of my inquiries
