TRG will provide call center services to National Bank of Pakistan through its subsidiary Virtual World for next three years.
According to the official sources, Virtual World (TRG) and National Bank of Pakistan signed a three years contract for call center outsourcing services in Karachi.
The two companies have agreed to work upon the expansion of the call center services to provide prioritized services to bank’s customers.
Virtual World (TRG) and NBP were already working closely together since December 2012. The contract between NBP and Virtual World (TRG) is an extension of the call center services already being provided by Virtual World (TRG).
Both the companies have mutually agreed to provide call center services to NBP customers nationwide.
NBP has kept a close-eye on its competitors and is making all possible efforts to improve its policies, procedures and service quality standards. The bank sets a target to attain leadership position especially in service quality as this arrangement will enable NBP to provide services to the customers more efficiently and effectively, said a statement issued on the occasion.
