QMobile has outed two additions to its Noir line, namely the Noir S6s and Noir S6 Plus. The two phones are largely the same with the only difference between them being the screen size and the price. QMobile Noir S6 Plus costs Rs. 12,999 while the Noir S6s costs Rs. 11,650.
As you may recall, the Noir S6 looked very similar to the iPhone 6 from the front. It had the same rounded edges with a round home button at the bottom of the screen. Noir S6 Plus looks completely different from the original Noir S6.
Noir S6 plus has a fingerprint sensor at the back under the camera. It looks metallic but uses plastic with antenna lines on the back to further imitate the look of metal body phones.
It has a 5.5 inch HD IPS display. Noir S6s has a 5 inch HD IPS display. The smaller screen size should lend itself to better sharpness than the Noir S6 Plus which has a bigger screen.
Both of the phones feature the same processor. They have a 1.3 GHz Quad-core Mediatek MT6580 processor which is similar to Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 in terms of performance. Its unsurprising to see QMobile use outdated processors in their lower end smartphones.
2 Gigabytes of RAM is accompanied by 16 Gigabytes of internal storage for Noir S6s and S6 Plus. Both of them have a microSD card slot which allows up to 128 Gigabytes of expandable storage.
As mentioned earlier, the two phones are same, the only difference is their screen size and price. The cameras are also the same for the two phones with an 8MP back camera and a 5MP front camera. The camera records video at up to 1080p (1920 x 1080) only.
The battery unit in both of the phones is also the same. They feature a Li-ion 2,500 mAh non-removable battery. The bigger screen on the Noir S6 Plus would mean lesser battery life compared to the 5 inch Noir S6s.
