Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced the launch of its ‘Double-Up Offer’ for its broadband customers.
The offer which is valid till 31st March 2017, allows subscribers of 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps packages to double their internet speed for just an additional monthly charge of Rs. 99.
The offer is available to new and existing subscribers on both Unlimited and limited speed packages.
It must be mentioned that additional monthly charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable till March 31st, 2017 only. After which, regular 2 Mbps and 4 Mbps respective package charges will apply starting from April 1, 2017.

Terms
- Promotion is valid for three months only
- Regular charges will apply from April 2017, unless package is downgraded
- New connections may directly subscribe to this promotion
- Existing customers may also subscribe to this promotion

Let me tell you guys what will happen as usual on PTCL these kind of offers.
First of all the line qualities and services of PTCL network are so pathetic that when the bandwidth is increased the line is choked.
Then you heading your head to PTCL customer care which is the most careless dept
Then the promo period will over and you will receive heavy bills then again you start banging your head to PTCL office to correct and to revert the package and in this process PTCL will get maximum money from you by not reverting your package. That’s the way they do fraud. This is called corporate corruption.
So never ever try to upgrade.

4 mb connection pe 3.50 ya 3.60 download speed milay gi 4mb poori nahi milti aur upload speed jogi 0.80mb ya 1mb.

I don’t know about vehari per karachi main merey area main achi service hai ptcl ki fiber optic network hai inka yahan. Ask from ur neighboring jis k pass ptcl ho. Woh aapko real situation bata sakien ge.
Data disconncet hota ha ke nahi dsl ka?
Nahi humaray pass bilkul nahi hota, smoothly work karta hai. Constant speed, smooth working. Baki saal main koi aik adh fault ajaye tou woh exceptional case hai.

Go for 4G services, almost same rates, much faster speed, even in my small district it stays between 30Mbps-50Mbps.
The problem is with the data limit…

does anybody know how to deal with PTCL Exchange recovery department they are now a days very active and keep calling peoples with the dues and even visiting their homes threatning to pay the bill
