In order to register for the extended warranty, the customer can visit Orient’s website at https://orient.com.pk/my-orient. The customer will be required to provide the following information to complete registration for the extended warranty:

  • Name
  • Batch Number
  • Address
  • City
  • Mobile Number
  • Email

After submitting the info successfully, you will be registered and an SMS will be sent to you for successful registration. A certificate of extended warranty will be sent via email.

If the customer is not eligible for registration, the customer will be informed that he/she is not entitled for Extended Warranty using the same mode of communication as used by customer for the registration process.

    • Yehi hoga k sirf compressor ki 12 years warranty hogi aur usko lifetime ka naam de diya hoga. Pel ac pe 10 years compressor warranty de raha hai.

We are sorry to learn about your experience with the products that you have been using. Can you please share if you purchased the said products directly from the company or from a dealer? In case if you did purchase these products online, we can track your order and help resolve the issues that you have been facing. We are extremely sorry for disappointing you earlier, but we will like to make it up, however possible.

      As for the pricing issue, there is difference buying from the market and from the vendor. As you might be aware that an official store, i.e. Sony World will sell you the product at the full retail value where as if you purchase the LED from the market you might be able to get 3000 – 5000 off on the retail price. It is the same for the company’s website. By purchasing directly from the company you get a double quality assured product delivered to your door step with no delivery charges. In return your customer record is maintained directly with the company and thus the support and after sales process is expedited.

      • Afternoon Ali sb, thanks for cracking mute mode and explaining the issue but please note that it doesn’t matter whether I buy from dealer or directly from orient, it’s all about customer’s services, enriched customer experience & after sale services and commitment and its responsibility of manufacturer and who warranty card is provided with supplied goods. As per your expression, does it mean orient don’t honor warranty if some product is bought from authorized dealer??? If I claim warranty on orient helpline its orient responsibility to send technical resource to check the fault if it’s in warranty period but sorry to say orients after sales services are pathetic and no one appears for weeks to check the and address the matter.
        Secondly, regarding pricing issues, agree with your point company owned stores sells product on elevated prices and orient has all the right to sell product on any price at company store but please note that it’s not about what prices you offers its about your fake claims of discounts and making nation fool. You can sell products on your website on any price but don’t make claims in social media about fake discounts and it comes in unethical business practice and eventually you lost brand recognition and respect in customer’s eyes. Have you seen such fake discounts and cheated marketing campaigns from good brand like Sony? Samsung? Pakistan ecommerce market already shaken due to poor and fake offers from web stores. So learn some business ethics and if you need I can take training session of your team on business ethics and how to earn brand recognition.

      • I bought Orient Inverter AC 18000BTU in February under their life time warranty offer, AC Cost me 62K, now they offered free Oven for new customers. Is this looks nice dear Orient? Also please can ypu tell me what kind of discount you are giving? In market same AC model(gold fin) is available in 56000PKR and you sold me in 62000! Shame on you. Also before purchasing AC, you respond me instantly on Facebook, now after a lot of messages no response???? Is this is your after sale service?? I hope you will solve my problem soon otherwise I am going to post a review on YouTube so people can know reality.

  • Warranty on what? Compressor? They hardly go faulty.
    I will be out to buy new 1.5 Ton AC’s come April or May because my LG AC’s been giving my headache for past couple of seasons, it was bought in 2012 so it has only seen 4 seasons.
    According to AC mechanics i called, the gas pipes are badly rusted and beyond repair, i was in the situation at the end of this summer that i was getting my AC GAS refilled every 15 days (2000 Rs) charge each time. Compressor has no issue and i bet orient won’t give leakage warranty so basically useless.

    • if you live in heavily humid area like clifton , near sea anywhere in pakistan, then you need to buy new AC every year :D

      • I live in Lahore, Wapda Town area.
        I am told its due to active open drain (Ganda Nala) about 500 meters from my house.
        I had the same issue with Gree A.C before, 100% working compressor and other moving parts but pipes are rusted.

        • Dear Mr. Sohaib,
          Me being the dealer of ACs has knowledge regarding AC leakage due to open drain. Yes, it is 100% true that dangerous gases excreted from open drains cause harm to pipes and the get leaked.
          One of our client has also faced same issue.
