  • I have had a much better experience with Daraz than HomeShopping (which is just a headache). Don’t EVER buy anything from them and expect good warranty services. They don’t even have the spare parts of items that they themselves are selling. Their warranty service is just to squeeze more cash from unsuspecting customers. I bought a Samsung J3 from them with their 1 year warranty plan. Long story short, the screen broke and it’s been 4 months and they still don’t have a screen for the phone in stock to replace it. While on the other hand I got a General Mobile (totally unknown brand) from Daraz whose screen broke after 7 months. I contacted Daraz and within 24 hours they told me that they would send out a courier guy to pick up the phone and the screen would be replaced within 1 week. Daraz’ Customer services are light years ahead of HomeShopping which is just a scam company selling refurbished phones as completely new.

  • aamir aata has previously also told you not to upload pics just for the sake of it.

  • 75% my foot. Competition commission should take notice of these fake sales for misleading public. More marked and crossed out prices to show a “75%” discount are highly exagerated prices – same products are actually available at much cheaper prices in markets. Pakistanis online shopping is a big joke. There is a need of properly online stores entering this vacuum currently filled by these kind of retailers.

    • I think they are also spoiling public valuable time by misleading through fake sales. Is their any Commission in Pakistan to take any action against such giants?

  • Sale will state at 20th March, today is 20th March, but still 3 Days Left (they actually want to start it at 23 March) LOL
    Blunder!

  • First they’ll increase their product prices and then they’ll give discount.
Awaam original price se mehngi khareeday gi discount samajh kar :)
