Football fans in Pakistan witnessed their dreams come true this weekend. Legends like Ronaldinho, Anelka, Giggs and Boateng played exhibition matches in Lahore and Karachi. This marks the first time that footballers of this stature have visited Pakistan.
The matches were held at Abdul Sattar Edhi Stadium and Fortress Stadium in Karachi and Lahore respectively. Both were won by Ronaldinho’s team,
There was no shortage of football fans with even Chacha Cricket attending the matches. Both young and old fans joined in to cheer. For those of you that could not get the tickets or attend the matches, here’s a glimpse of the events in Karachi and Lahore:
