Careem has decided to introduce three new features in its app in order to enhance user experience and facilitate people.
The new feature set will enable Careem users to provide feedback regarding their ride experience and appreciate the Captains by tipping them straight through the app.
Some users appreciate Careem Captains by leaving them tips at the end of a trip. Careem has now made this process more easy and convenient.
Previously, riders were able to rate the Captains on a scale of 1-5 based on their experience during the trip. Now, after every ride, a popup will show up asking users if they want to give a tip.
If the Captains deserve it, commuters will be able to tip a pre-selected amount or enter a custom amount of their own choice.
If a user wants to leave a tip, they will receive two separate receipts, one for the ride and the other for the tip.
It should be mentioned that the tip feature is optional and not compulsory.
If a user leaves a rating of 1-3 stars, they will now be provided with an option to give feedback about the issues they observed during the ride.
They can either give their own personal comment or select the area that needs improvements from the options provided.
Moreover, Careem now lets its customers contact the management in a seamless manner.
Previously, users were able to contact the administration in a case of an emergency or to express concerns regarding certain Captains or rides by dialing the call center.
Now customers will be able to resolve common issues more swiftly by using FAQs section or share their problems by submitting their concerns within the app.
