It appears that SpeedTest.net — a service that lets you determine your internet speed — has allowed “Go Nawaz Go” as a name of one of its servers placed in Lahore.
Speed Test lets anyone to host a server, so others may connect to this server to find out their internet speeds.
Not to mention, the host is allowed to name his/her server — which is usually an ISP name as they are most likely to host the servers.
This time around, however, someone has named the server “Go Nawaz Go” and its up and running for testing internet speeds around the world.
From the looks, it appears that server is placed in Lahore but there’s no further information available about who is hosting it.
“Go Nawaz Go” gained popularity in 2013 and since then has been widely used across the country and beyond as an anti-government slogan.

It’s a server located on PTCL’s network: the IP of the server is 119.153.112.82, and is on PTCL’s network. Doesn’t necessarily mean it’s PTCL’s server.
