LG’s K7i mosquito repellent phone might just be what you need in summer. Yes, you read that correctly, LG has made a phone that keeps mosquitoes away from you.
Overall the phone itself is nothing to write home about. It features entry level hardware on an otherwise basic looking phone.
Design and Display
As mentioned earlier, LG K7i is an entry level smartphone and it looks the part as well. Thankfully it does come with a fingerprint sensor on the back. At the back the phone has a bump with an ultrasonic speaker which keeps mosquitoes away.
It has a 5 inch 854 x 480 resolution IPS LCD display up front.
Internals and Storage
K7i is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. Storage is expandable via a microSD card slot. This phone is dual SIM by default.
It also runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which is fairly outdated by now.
Camera and Battery
The phone features an 8 MP primary camera with an LED flash. It features a 5 MP sensor on the front.
LG K7i has a 2,500 mAh battery unit sans fast charging. It can last around 2 days on average use.
Unfortunately, the smartphone is exclusive to India. It costs Rs. 7,990 in India or around Rs. 13,000 in Pakistani Rupees.
