USF is launching a project for “Hiring of Services of a firm for the Empowerment of Artisans Through E-commerce: Design, Developing and Managing the Value Chain” under the Project ID: SP/EOI-EOM/2017/1.
In this project, a successful applicant will develop a product and undertake ICT E-commerce skills of Artisans, will establish B2B and B2C E-commerce platforms, train, do marketing, branding, designing, and finally develop and manage the Value Chain.
Well-known companies, firms and consortiums who have a valid GST and Income Tax registration can apply to USF by submitting their Expression of Interest documents for this project as per the requirements of the fund.

Registration forms are available at USF along with other documents – firms can get them from Universal Service Fund, 5th floor, Habib Bank Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad during the office time from Monday until Friday.

Expression of Interest
A company’s Expression of Interest must be created following the instructions given in the EOI documents provided. It must reach the office of Universal Service Fund’s Chief Technology Officer. The office is situated on the 5th floor of the HBL Tower in Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad.
The final date to apply is November 20, 2017 – the applications will only be accepted if they reach USF before or on this date by 11:00 AM.
The EOIs will be opened on the same day when the bidders and/or their authorized representatives are present.
