Huawei Honor V10 Offers Flagship Grade Performance on a Budget

Huawei has announced a new higher-end midrange phone in its Honor lineup, the V10. The phone comes with a 18:9 aspect ratio screen (also called edge to edge or bezelless), borrowing elements features from the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro.

Design and Display

The phone comes with a 18:9 ratio 6-inch display on the front with FHD+ resolution. It looks strikingly similar to Mate 10 Pro due to the fingerprint sensor at the front. The design of the V10 consists of metal unibody and will be available in Black, Gold, Red and Blue.

Internals and Storage

Under the hood, you get Huawei’s high-end Kirin 970 processor which is the same processor used in the flagship Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro. It features either 4 or 6 GB RAM, as well as 64 or 128 GB of internal storage, which is also expandable. The phone also comes with a neural processing unit for advanced AI features and machine learning.

Another interesting addition is Huawei’s version of the Animoji. For connectivity, you get 5 GHz Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, USB-C and a headphone jack.

Camera(s)

The back camera consists of a dual-camera setup of 16 MP regular and 20 MP monochrome sensor, though surprisingly they aren’t branded by Leica. The front camera is a 13 MP unit with f/2.0 aperture.

Battery and Price

The battery here is a 3750 mAh cell with support for fast-charging (50% charge in 30 minutes) with a 5V/4.5A charger.

The pricing of the phone is set at $410 for the base model (4/64GB), while the top-most model (6/128 GB) comes in at $510, which is on par with flagships such as the OnePlus 5T.

  • Farigh phone hai. Aik to is men Snapdragon ka processor nahin hai, in ka apna hisilicon krin hai, jis ka snapdragon chipsets se performance aur efficiency men koi muqabla nahin. Doosra is men vanilla android mahin hai, wahi chinese typical interface hai. Uper se huawei ki quality kuch khas nahin. Wesey 400$ ki range ka phone Pakistan se baher high end budget hi kehlata hai, magar pakistan atey is ki price barh jaye gi. Aur is men koi khad feature bhi nahin jo is price range men doosrey phone na de rahey hon.
