Unveiled at an event in Lahore, VEON aims to radically redefine the personal internet experience in Pakistan by offering diverse services to its subscribers. This completely revolutionizes the digital landscape of the country and how Pakistanis communicate.
VEON, the principal holding group of Jazz, launched its new self-titled application that aims to make communication easier among the people of Pakistan.
The application allows messages, videos and photos to be sent along with voice and video call features by using a smartphone with internet access. Jazz as VEON’s first and only telecom partner in Pakistan will allow Jazz’s subscriber base, of over 53 million people, enjoy the VEON app free of charge.
Along with JazzCash, VEON has also partnered with Daraz.pk and dozens of publishers to begin with. VEON says that it will ideally prefer partners from small startups to big telcos to help develop solutions that can be offered to millions of VEON customers.
The current business model will essentially expose small startups to wider audiences while sharing some revenue with VEON.

Arcana Info chosen for Jazz E Care Integration with VEON
As the first telco partner for VEON, Jazz partnered with Arcana Info and successfully integrated its E Care services with VEON upon launch.
Users can now access billing, usage and other details directly from the Jazz application without having to go to their web portal.
The integration required enterprise-class API Management for critical services such as billing and user history.
