PIA Offers Discounts of Up to 40% for Students, Senior Citizens and Disabled Travelers

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has been making headlines for a while now but not necessarily for all the right reasons. Following various scandals of corruption, drunk pilots, and stolen cargo, PIA is facing major PR crisis.

Due to all the negativity surrounding the airline, travelers prefer not to travel with PIA.

In hopes to amend its reputation, PIA is offering various discount rates for travelers to various international and local destination for students, senior citizens, and handicapped individuals.

Here are the discounts PIA is offering:

Discount for Senior Citizens

Senior citizens who are either 65-years-old or above can avail the 10% discount on flights from and to UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia.

PIA is also offering 10% discount for domestic flights in Economy, Economy Plus, and Business class.

Terms and Conditions

• Proof of age (65 years and above) is required.
• Discount is available through PIA offices and agents.

Discount for Students

Students can avail upto 17% discount on flights from flights from and to UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia on Economy class.

Special discount is also offered for a group of 10 and more students traveling together.

The students can also avail 15% discount on domestic flights in Economy class.

Terms and Conditions

• For individual/group student discount, student must present educational institution ID card or proof of admission (in case of fresh admission only).

Discount for Disabled Citizens

PIA is offering 40% discount for disabled citizens and 20% discount for their attendant on flights from Bombay, Delhi, Dhaka, Kabul to Pakistan.

Terms and Conditions

• Copy of disabled special CNIC must be provided at the time of booking to avail this discount.
• This discount is available through PIA offices and agents.
