This is the New Toyota Corolla GLi 2018 [Leak]

In order to bring some visible change, Toyota introduced the new facelift design of the Toyota Corolla GLI in 2017. Corolla is a fan favourite in Pakistan and its update in 2014 has only made it popular.

According to recent information, the 2018 model will only bring cosmetic changes and Toyota is not expected to add any new features to the Corolla GLI.

Main Differences

One of the major differences is the front is the new headlight-shape which is a bit more aggressive and features halogen bulbs along with LED clearance lights. The new front grille is partial-chrome plated and sits right above the newly designed trapezium intake. The new bumper adds into the premium-look while also maintaining the sporty theme of the current generation’s Corolla.

From the rear, both models are almost exactly the same and the only difference is the new tail-light configuration. This time, it’s an LED combination and its only available in GLI and above variants. Another change is the chrome-plated strip in the middle between the tail-lights and that too, is only available for GLI and more premium models.

Interior

The interior is expected to change much as compared to the 2014 model except a few cosmetic trims, colors, and the Air Conditioning vent.

Overall, the beige and black themed interior is extremely spacious – one of the main reasons for considering a Corolla.

The GLI 2018 will also have advanced safety features such as Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), and the added support of Brake Assist (BA). SRS-airbags are also included in the front passenger and driving seat. Security features include an immobilizer key to give security against theft.

The 2018 GLI-manual is expected to carry a price tag of Rs. 1,889,000 whereas the GLI-automatic should cost Rs. 1,964,000, according to the rumours.
