I bought a Casio Edifice Watch from Daraz, which turned out to be a fake / Chinese Replica, 1 month of pursuing the case for return / refund, instead of cash refund I got a voucher which still has to be spent on Daraz – TO BE FOOLED AGAIN – Pathetic !!!!

Pathetic platform with greedy and idiotic vendors who are just there to loot money from people who don’t know about their tactics.
Lol, may be your expectations were too high for the delivered goods. For me, i had a Perfect experience with Daraz, they have some of the best sellers around and whatever i get, i found the product to be genuine and best quality. Even in one case of my shipment loss, they gave me 500 apology voucher and returned my money.
For me Daraz is the best.

Their delivery charges are too high in some cases which is why its not my favorite.
Honest opinion: improve quality of the product and also customer services.
Please add the numbers for misplaced deliveries, fake products and orders not delivered to put things in perspective. And if you were that great, you wouldn’t have had to justify yourselves with the numbers. No wonder then that you have been bought out by Alibaba. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
