Understand that all the PINS are same and even if you receive an old PIN that was dispatched to you, use it to verify your account at the earliest.
If you don’t receive your PIN, Google allows you to verify your account through official documents in some cases if the country’s postal service has a reputation for being unreliable. While in some countries, verification is only possible through the PIN.
After your PIN is generated it might take up to 4 weeks or more depending on your location. If you don’t receive your PIN within four weeks you will need to request a new PIN. You can do this by logging in to your account and see the Account settings page under the Home tab.
The AdSense PIN is dispatched to the payment address listed by you in your AdSense account. It is solely up-to-the mailing service of the country to deliver it to you. There’s no tracking ID or any other way to track your PIN as the country’s postal service delivers the PIN.
