Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) received 2,757 complaints from telecom consumers against different telecom operators including (cellular operators, PTCL, LDIs, WLL operators and ISPs) during February 2018.
According to PTA data, Jazz (Mobilink + Warid) led the charts with 770 complaints and PTCL stood at second position as the most complained telecom operator with 765 complaints.
PTA said that it was able to get 2682 complaints resolved i.e. 97.27 percent.

Cellular mobile subscribers constitute a major part of overall telecom subscriber base, therefore, the maximum number of complaints belong to this segment. Total number of complaints against CMOs in February 2018 stood at 1944.

In terms of the segregation of complaints on operator basis, a total of 770 complaints were received against Jazz which is 39.60% of the total CMO related complaints.

Telenor, which has the second largest number of consumers, was second with 479 i.e. 24.63 percent complaints were received against it.
Zong stood third with 389 complaints i.e. 20.01 percent of total complaints.
Ufone had 306 complaints against its various services which make up 15.74 percent of the total CMO related complaints.
This only proves Jazz and PTCL art market leader in mobile and fixed line

Does anyone know how to recover money from Easypaisa Fraudsters? I had transferred some amount in my EP account and after lapse of 8 days the amount is not shown in my account. They even do not respond on complaint emails. I regret using EP account and will never do it again. Please help if someone knows anybody at Telenor or Easypaisa. Thanks.

I think Telenor Bank does not come under PTA. I hope Banking Mohtasib helps to recover the money. :(
more than 13 employees terminated last year in april 2017 , just because of their CRM Bug( Jazz Starter bundle package , all employees are in court , most of employees having more than 10 Years experience with Jazz , just to protect some HR official those made this decision, they fired all Business Center employees , Complaint register in PTA also but nobody is serious from JAZZ to resolve this issue . if anybody want to investigate Plz Call 03018565570
My experience PTCL tops in Consumers Complaints with no resolution in solving Consumer problems. I am now seriously thinking to switch towards other Network providers.
