Jehangir Siddiqui Company has announced that the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has granted a license to JS Fuel (Private) Limited, a wholly owned sub-subsidiary of Jehangir Siddiqui & Company Ltd., to establish an Oil Marketing Company.
Due to this news JSCL’s script at the bourse hit its upper cap limit of the day at Rs. 19.57 up 5% with a turnover of 3.74 million shares.

JS Fuel (Private) Limited (the Company) was incorporated under the Companies Act 2017 on November 24 2017 as a private limited company.
